The adventure of The Neem Tree 3 began in earnest this week. Within hours of the new temporary hoarding going up on Esher High Street, our unique niche marketing engine was in action.

- learning from the police a homeless man is (and still is) sleeping in one of our outsheds of the plot
- learning the building is over 300 years old and needs significant reinforcement with new steel beams....

- local planning departments over Grade II listing issues....
- Looking at chair suppliers from a-dec to Belmont to .....
