I am very proud to show off Sylvie on the front of this quarter's Vital Magazine. She looks fantastic and she 1001% deserves it.
If you do not know, Sylvie joined the The Neem Tree and Samera team back in December 2005, and hasn't really looked back. She joined after a bit of grilling by Smita and I during the interview (which she was late to!), as the Practice Manager of The Neem Tree, and has since then helped us grow to 3 practices plus advise loads of dental practices across the UK on how to run their practices.
In her monthly Ultimate Practice Manager Programme, she has a strong following of people who listen but also implement her ideas into her practice.
The Dental Queen of Twitter
But apart from being busy in practice she is a prolific twitterer on all things dentistry and gardening - yes, she grows a mean marrow! Around a year ago, I bought a book called "Twitter Power" but within days of me buying it, she took it aboard herself to read it and implement the many strategies in there. I only got it back last month, so i guess I will now have to follow her in her footsteps.
But that is Sylvie. She is passionate about what she does and gives it her all, and without her, The Neem Tree and Samera would not be where it is today, so a BIG personal thank you Sylvie from Smita and I. We truly appreciate her energy and larger than life personality in our team.

The Neem Tree, Esher - 3 weeks in
I have been meaning to give a fuller account of The Neem Tree, Esher since we opened, but if you have been keeping up with my blog you may have got a bigger picture. My recent blog posting is about some of the mistakes we made in our first site, back 6 years ago, and how we have not repeated them this time around!
We have certainly enjoyed opening Neem Tree Three, and will be sharing more about our experiences in time.
