A MASSIVE thank you to everyone who participated in our Christmas gift give away. From our low key email/internet push we received a phenomenal 150 gifts from all parts of the UK which were distributed to sick and disadvantaged kids all across London.

We comfortably smashed our target of 100 gifts!

We delivered gifts to the following locations across London:

• Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Woolwich (Paediatrics)
• Evelina’s Childrens Hospital, Guys and St Thomas NHS Trust
• Royal Brompton Hospital, Rose Ward (Paediatrics)
• St Mary’s Family Centre, Streatham
• Surestart Family Centre, Roehampton
• Battersea Family Centre
• A South London Domestic Violence Refuge
• Chiswick Women’s Refuge
• Claygate and Oxshott Family Centre

All recipients were literally over the moon in receiving these gifts, especially in these cash strapped economic times, so thank you so much for helping us help others this Christmas.

Huge Team Benefits

The Samera team had a wonderful time getting involved in this Charity extravaganza. Everyday the team would wait in anticipation for any gifts to be delivered to the offices, carefully counting the gifts we were receiving and then tracking how close we were to achieving our target!

On the day, we all had a brilliant team building experience. Our jobs on the day included: delivery, wrapping gifts, card writing, co-ordinating deliveries……all in the spirit of a fun Christmas to help others.

The Journey of a Thousand Miles Begins with a Single Step (Lao-Tzu)

This first step we have taken this year has now spurred us on to do more, and help more, so watch this space in the coming months to learn more about our new charity related drives in 2009! We will be taking some MASSIVE steps in the next 12 months, so your help, commitment and support will be ever so valued!

Finally once again, a HUGE THANK YOU to everyone who participated, we all immensely enjoyed helping others this Christmas, but more importantly, 150 + kids had a much better Christmas because of your wonderful heart felt genorisity. We are eternally grateful to you for helping us help others!
