To benefit from the Learning and Skills Council funding your practice will need to meet the following criteria:

• Your organisation has between 5-249 staff
• You have not used this grant previously
• You strive to become a better leader, business-person, manager, communicator
• You want to educate your team to enable them perform a more effective and successful work-load
• You want to build and strengthen great team-spirit at your practice
