The strategic planning day is an interactive process to identify “where are you now” in terms of broader business objectives and map out a strategy to take your practice to “where you want it to be”.
During the day we will:

- Set time bound financial and non-financial objectives
- Identify key challenges in:
- Strategy
- Marketing
- Finance
- Management
which hold you back from reaching the full personal and business potential.
- Set an action plan and a time table for you to eliminate key challenges to realise the business objectives.
- Use financial and non-financial strategic planning tools, including a SWOT (Strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats) analysis to help plan the practice successfully.
