Sylvie Sturrock will visit your practice for one day – she will evaluate all your practices systems, procedures, team, finances, hygiene performance, clinical output, customer satisfaction, telephone techniques, customer service, motivation, leadership – the list is endless!
Her knowledge of practice and how to run successful practices is incredible – Sylvie has been in Dentistry for 25 years and is a fully qualified Dental Nurse, Oral Health Educator and Dental Nurse Tutor and NVQ Assessor for the OH NVQ L3 – she currently is the business manager for the neem tree dental group and has recently opened with them their 3rd clinic. www.theneemtree.co.uk
After the day at your clinic – Sylvie will present you with a detailed report of her findings this will include her expert opinion on the 9 key areas areas:
The current status of your business- where are you now – Where are you heading for?
The current leadership strengths and weaknesses - are you a natural born leader or do you need a Sylvie hug?
Patient Numbers and productivity – Weak – or Wobbly?
The strength of your Marketing strategy – Loud and Proud or Shabby and Shy?

This report will tell you the critical success factors needed to help you identify the needs of your team and your dental practice and show you the steps needed to turn it into a successful dental business.
So what do you need to do?
The normal price for Sylvie to attend your practice for this service is £1200 plus VAT plus tea!
For the duration of 7 days – between now and the day before the race you need to make a BID on how much you are willing to pay for this 1 days consultancy.
The bidding will start at £50.

I need the amount you are bidding and your name and your practice address. If you are not the practice principal make sure you have their approval for the visit .
A mutually agreed date for the practice check up will be agreed once you have won the bid, ideally your busiest day and when most team members are in.
The winning bid will need to be in the RDD fund raising account before the visit is booked.
The winning bidder will also be required to pay for travel and any accommodation costs (don’t worry not a 5 star – 2/3 is fine for Sylvie).
You will also need to sign a letter of engagement – this is just our t&cs just like a written explanation of what's going to happen on the day. There is no obligation to take up any fee paying services once your practice check up is complete and you have your report.

London Marathon for British Heart Foundation
Arun has decided to run the London Marathon in 2010 for the British Heart Foundation, his inspiration is Aashima, his little daughter, who was diagnosed with three major heart conditions.
Arun, as usual, set his targets high, by setting his target to raise £5000 for the foundation but he managed to hit even this target by collecting more than £6000!!

Give A Little Love Campaign in 2009
We would like to thank everyone who were enthusiastic and happy to change sick and disadvantaged kids' christmas into a special experience by contributing to our campaign in 2009.
We managed to collect over 200 gifts all around the UK and deliver it to various charities, foundations, refuges and hospitals where they were appreciated more than ever!
