Sprint Programmes for New Start Ups

Our sprint programmes are designed for the practitioner needing assistance opening up a new practice, or acquiring an existing practice. Our experience in helping practitioners comes from starting up two private squats, The Neem Tree in Wandsworth and in Canary Wharf plus through advising and helping many dentists across the UK.

In particular, these programmes are designed to ensure the practitioner gets it right first time, applying all the key business skills required to set up a successful practice from day one.

  • A ½ day strategic planning session where we identify where you are now and where you want to get to, and then create a strategic plan.
  • Detailed start up questionnaires for business planning and financial planning.
  • Detailed full strategic business plan.
  • Full financial plan.
  • Full start up cost breakdown.
  • Advice on location, type and clientele.
  • Advice on raising finance.
  • Introducing to the services of interior designers, dental equipment suppliers and patient financiers if required.
  • ½ day review of progress pre- or post- opening of the practice
  • E-mail and telephone support during the project

Sprint 200

  • A ½ day strategic planning session where we identify where you are now and where you want to get to, and then create a strategic plan.
  • Detailed start up questionnaires for business planning and financial planning.
  • Detailed full strategic business plan.
  • Full financial plan.
  • A full financial forecast with Profit and Loss cashflows.
  • Full start up cost breakdown.
  • Advice on location, type and clientele.
  • Advice on how to raise finances and put in touch with the right financiers, banks and leasing companies
  • Introducing to the services of interior designers, dental equipment suppliers and patient financiers if required.
  • Detailed recruitment advice with job descriptions for individuals concerned.
  • Marketing plan for the business over a 12 month period.
  • ½ day review of progress pre- or post- opening of the practice.
  • Email and telephone support during the project.
  • Reduced fee for 3 months on our Ultimate Financial Control service once practice opened.

Sprint 1000

  • A ½ day strategic planning session where we identify where you are now and where you want to get to, and then create a strategic plan.
  • Detailed start up questionnaires for business planning and financial planning.
  • Detailed full strategic business plan.
  • Full financial plan.
  • A full financial forecast with Profit and Loss cashflows.
