Dentistry is a business and if you want to run your Practice well, we dentists need to learn how to analyse our businesses more than just looking at 'what is in the account at the end of the month'. Gone are the times when all dentists had to do was to see patients, patients, patients. Are associates more profitable to a Practice than a hygienist? How do you know?
My first experience with Samera was at an accountancy course for dentists. Small changes in critical areas can have a great impact in the overall profit of a Practice. I soon changed from a normal chartered accountant to Samera who is a specialised Dental accountant. We are now in the process of monitoring our accounts carefully month after month instead of each year at a time.
I believe that accountancy is a personal service. From time to time questions may arise and these need to be answered quickly and efficiently. This is what I feel Samera are delivering, which is why I would strongly recommend their services.
